Yep! The divisional caps are subject to adjustment based on demand. I encourage everybody to sign up for the division they want to play in, even if it’s full. There will inevitably be withdrawals and some divisions will be more popular than others, and anybody who isn’t promoted from the waitlist will receive a full refund.
