Jesse Pelletier: Registration is capped at 75 but there is a note

Jesse Pelletier Registration is capped at 75 but there is a note in the event description that says a Marksman basket will be donated if 100 players register. Why is the registration capped at less than 100? If I am waitlisted will I make it in if fewer than 100 people register (less than 25 on the waitlist)? Sep 16, 2022
