I have a friend who is interested in registering, but he is not a PDGA member. He was hoping to purchase a membership on October 1st so that the membership would last until the end of 2023. Is there any way he could register now, without a PDGA number, and receive the $10 non-member fee back on tourney day once he is a member? Thanks in advance.
