Yes division caps and spots saved for FPO were given to the waitlist. From here out drops will be in the order shown. Closer to the event its typical to see quite a few people dropping especially if there is Inclement weather.

Yes, currently we have had 9 players drop since Aug 9th. In years past the closer we get to October 15th the more players tend to drop. Usually we see 20-30 drops especially if the weather looks sketchy on tournament day
