Y'all it was a good time on Tuesday for the 16 of us who stormed Grove City Memorial Park. Down branches on fairways, new electrical structures, and little kids on playgrounds (Will knows) couldn't stop us from huckin' and chuckin' to and fro.
Colin Gardner couldn't be stopped as he took the advanced division with a -2, followed by Will getting 2nd place (last place?). Bennett Potter definitely could not be stopped as he shot the hot round with a -9 (holy cannoli), with Cam MvFeely not even close with a -3 to take second. And then we have John Fleming, besting the other 3 Johns to take the rec division with a -4, followed by Joel posting a solid -1 to take second.
Hole 14 was the CTP for everyone for the night. Wayne Bloom dialed up his cheat codes yet again to take home the Rec/Women CTP for a record 4th straight week (seriously?), getting $9. Colin Gardner took the CTP for Open/Adv/Int getting $7. No aces were hit, and the ace pot is now at $70.
Don't be sad, but we will be playing the Hunter Farm blues next week for the final time this year due to waning daylight. See you then!
