Not that I am aware of. Are you looking for primitive camping or with a camper/rv? There are RV/Camper places in/around Greenville.

There is no camping on the courses. Whispering Oaks RV Resort is the closest place to ECU NRC and the Meadow.

There is also a great camping spot just about 20 minutes away in Washington, NC called Tranter's Creek Resort.
