In decision process for cancelation. Aren't you supposed to do which ever step grants you the most amount of holes played for the field. So wouldn't rule 5 be played. "Reducing the number of holes of a layout to a minimum of 13 holes." minimum of 13 holes. In which all players completed 17 which is greater than the minimum?

On the PDGA Guide for Mid-event Suspension and Cancelation Guidelines policy, it says "Has finished 13 holes, but less than 18, the TD will use only the first 13 hole scores for the round and disregard any further holes played." This is to make sure it is not unfair in timing for the whole division. I reached out directly to the PDGA thinking it was 17 holes when it is in fact the 13. Again, I apologize for the inconvience. Next time we will make sure the event is earlier in the day and players are warned of the possiblity.

I didn't know it was so cut fast at 13/9. Thanks for explaining. I would recommend adjusting your tee times for the times of the season. They were never completing that round in day light. Tee off 7. Sunset 830. Have to be better. Thanks for hosting. Very disappointed $ and rating hurt.
