In previous tournaments, it seems like "surrounded by water" can be interpreted differently amongst a card. Can you send out a clarification on that? For example: creekbed full of water but your disc is sitting on an "island" rock in the middle so it's dry. Some people would play that as in bounds and throw from the rock although technically surrounded by water. Just think it's important that everyone is on the same page.

"Islands" are OB. The islands, in this example, are surrounded by creek water.
