My wife wants to play but she's not buying her PDGA number until october. It says that you must be a PDGA member, but then on the bottom it says $10 for those who not are not PDGA numbers. It won't let me finish registering her because she doesn't have a number. Is she not able to play? Is it mandatory, or is it $10?
