Week 19 was our final night of the 21 hole layout at Memorial for the year, and boy was it a good one! We had 27 players come out - some new, some old, all capable of throwing golf discs.
Taking the advanced division was Braden Ray with a score of -3, closely followed by Will Black in second with a -2. The intermediate division had the top scores of the evening, with Cameron McFeely besting everyone with a -9, followed by Jon O'Donnel shooting a personal best -6. Ashley D'Angelo destroyed the women's division with a +14 on the night. Finally, Isaac Lightcap took the recreational division with his -4, followed by Aaron Tighe in second with -2.
We had our second ACE POT cash of the year, with Wayne Bloom acing hole 2 and winning $133. Hole 2 was also the CTP for the Rec/Women divisions, so Wayne wins another $11 for getting CTP. Nice one Wayne! Getting CTP for the Open/Adv/Int group on hole 3 was Jon O'Donnell, who earned an extra $13.
We will be at Slippery Rock University for the final time next week. I have a feeling it's gonna be fun!
I will continue to have discs for sale next week before the start of league. Discs can be purchased with cash, PayPal, or credit sheet.
