The 2022 NADGT State Championship Series: Arkansas starts tomorrow!
Saturday Schedule: Creekside DGC (Farmington, AR)
Check-in: 7:45-8:45am - ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN EACH DAY OF THE EVENT!
Round 1: 9:00 start (shotgun)
Lunch: Provided on-site by Sonic Drive-In
Round 2: approximately one hour after the conclusion of Round 1
Side Games: available 8:30am-5:00pm

Evening Events: 6:00-9:00pm - Players Party at The Odd Soul (126 W Emma Ave, Springdale, AR 72764)

Sunday Schedule: JBeast DGC (Springdale, AR)
Tee Times: 9:00am-12:10pm - ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE TEE TIME!
Side Games: available 8:30am until 30 minutes after the conclusion of Final Round

Ace Pot: There will be an optional $5 ace pot. The ace pot already contains $310 from previous Arkansas NADGT events this year. Make sure you get in on that when you check in!
Starting Hole Assignments: Starting hole assignments are posted to the PDGA event page, which can be found at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/59266. Starting assignments may change slightly if there are any last-minute signups, so make sure to double-check on the morning of the event.
Parking: There should be plenty of parking available at both parks this weekend.
Weather: There are rain showers and thunderstorms forecast for both days of the event. Please check your email and DGScene frequently for updates from the TDs. In the event of a lightning strike within 8 miles of the course, play will be suspended for no less than 30 minutes. Three blasts will be sounded on the horn to signify suspension of play for inclement weather. PDGA Weather Policy
Food: Sonic Drive-In will be providing lunch for all competitors each day of the event. They will also provide two drinks and pizza for players who attend the Players Party.
Water: Players are encouraged to bring plenty of water for themselves, but water will be available throughout the courses.
Dress Code: PDGA Dress Code
OB Sheets will be available digitally. They are located in the Player's Guide and are loaded into the PDGA digital scorecard.
Scoring: We will use PDGA Live Scoring for the tournament. pdga.com/score. The password is hogs. EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD! DON'T FORGET TO FINALIZE YOUR SCORE ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER! Each card must keep two scorecards, preferably both on PDGA Live Scoring.
Playoffs (Sunday): In the event that multiple players tie for first place in a division, the players will need to play off to determine a winner. Players will play sudden-death stroke play on a loop of JBeast Holes 16, 17, and 18. Ties for second place or below will not require a playoff.
Awards and Prizes: Side game finals will take place after the final card finishes on Sunday. Payout will be earned by the top 25% of each division. Division winners will receive a glass trophy made by Pyrohyzer. Winners of qualifying divisions (MA1, MA40, MA50, MA2, FA1, FA2, FA40) withearn an invitation to the National Championships in Austin, TX the last week in October.
