Everyone will get a water bottle at check-in. There are various drinking fountains throughout the course at the pavilions if you need to re-fill. I wouldn't interrupt anything if there are people there as we want to keep a good name for our sport, but from my understanding from the city, we pretty much have the whole park for the day, so I don't think you'll have any issues.
