Please plan to attend pre registration party July 22nd at Bright Penny Brewing : 107 N 7th St, Mebane, NC 2730
Not required, but it will be a good time and a chance to support our title sponsor of this event!
Bright Penny has a fantastic selection of beers, pizzas, and more! We are happy to start this partnership and want to show them our community is here to support them as well!
Star Frame will be there with players packs and a party exclusive giveaway from 5pm-9pm
Scoring
Scoring will be available through both PDGA as well as on paper, I would really like to see as many PDGA scores as possible on the live scoring.
PDGA Access Code - SFD2022
Schedule
Check - In will start at 7:30am at Tournament Central ( Shelter in between the 2 courses, Turn right after the Volleyball and Basketball Court, Shelter will be on your right)
Round 1 Shotgun Starts at approximately 9am
There will be a 1 hr break between the rounds which could be different for each pool depending on discrepancy of finish times to ensure everyone has enough time to get lunch.
Tee time for after lunch will be posted to PDGA as well as Star Frame Discs Facebook Page so please be sure to like our page if you plan to be leaving the course for lunch. Cards will shuffle at lunch based on scoring and posted to PDGA.
Round 1 Hole Assignments are posted at the time of this email, but are subject to change based on drop outs. So please check your holes 20 minutes before tee time!
Round 3 tee times will be posted no later than 8pm Saturday evening but will be scheduled in the following order : FA3/FA1, MA40/MA50, MA3, MA2, MA1, MPO/MP40, with first tee times around 8:00am or slightly after.
Awards and Payout
Trophies for 1st place in each division
Payout to the top 40% of each field from Star Frame Discs on site inventory
(Note: Pro Payout will be sent electronically so please do not leave before checking with a member of the Star Frame staff to give us the correct email)
Reminder: This is a PDGA tournament. Public display of alcohol or drug use is prohibited and will be ruled by PDGA guidelines, please do not make me have to be the bad guy.
Please be respectful of the course property and pack out anything you pack in. The Cedarock Crew and local clubs work very hard to keep up with these awesome courses for us. Let’s be sure to be respectful of the property.
