Week 13 was an exciting one! A hot start cooled to a perfectly comfortable, calm evening.
Two teams threatened course records, and it was the team of Noah McDaniel and Ryan Meloche that finished strong to hold on to tie the Tuesday Twos record at -19! All birdies and an ace by Noah on Hole 9! Well done on 1st Place!
Special mention to the other team that was in contention; Brody Cannon and Mitchell Bivens. While they finished at a perfect score of -18, they actually had a chance to shoot a new doubles record of -20 as they each had an ace (Mitchell Hole 2, Brody Hole 5)! However, two pars held them back and landed them in 2nd Place.
The 3 aces above were the only aces on the night, and each ace was awarded $32! The ace pot will start fresh next week.
On Hole 3, we played a tunnel shot from an alternate tee to the marksman basket. While there were many good shots on the hole throughout the night, it was Lucas McDaniel who was awarded a Prodigy F-Model US and an All Day Disc Golf hat for the Longest Putt.
Back on Hole 7, we played to an alternate basket placement back in the woods about 40' back left of the normal basket. On the first shot of the night, Josh Price put one close and it held on the entire night. He won a Paul McBeth signed DIscraft Hades for the CTP.
