Good Morning and welcome to MAC Week,

Below are a lot of the details you need to know prior to the event including the schedule of events. First, let me introduce myself and your Director of Competition. My name is Scott Reek and I am your Event Director. I am the one who has created everything up to this point. I would like to introduce you to Cade Garrelts, who is your Director of Competition. He is on this email and he is who you would contact if you have questions about the competition. Specifically, he is the man once we start to play on Friday.

Please make sure you read all of the details below and save this email for reference. If something changes, we will make an announcement.

Updates
If we have to make an announcement, it will typically be in the comments on the event page on Disc Golf Scene, the Facebook event page, or by email. Please make sure you are able to find those options.

Players Package Pick Up
For those players who selected to receive the player's package, there are two days you are able to pick them up. If you do not pick them up on those two days, you probably will not receive your player's package or you will have to make other arrangements.

Friday at the ROKC Putting Championships presented by Dynamic Discs Kansas City from 2p - 7:30p (654 N Central St, Olathe, KS 66061)

Saturday at Cedar Ridge from 10a - 5p.

Schedule of Events
Wednesday 07/20 - Tee Times will be announced

Friday 07/22 - Round 1 Begins
Friday 07/22 - ROKC Putting Championships presented by Dynamic Discs KC (2p - 7:30p)
Saturday 07/23 - Round 2 Begins
Saturday - Option #2 for Players Package Pickup at Cedar Ridge (10a - 5p)
Sunday 07/24 - Round 3 Begins

Check-In
Please physically check in with your Course Director no later than 20 minutes prior to your start time. If you are there earlier, please still check in as it helps the directors prepare your group.

Scoring
We will be officially doing live scoring at www.pdga.com/score and we will require a second scorecard for each group which can either be paper, udisc or pdga scoring. That code will be given during your players meeting prior to your tee-off time.

Water
It is going to be very hot during the competition and although we will do what we can to make sure you have water options, please go to the event as if you know we will not have any water. Bring extra water. When I say extra, I mean gallons or a case of water in a cooler in your car. Bring 3 to 4 or more bottles with you on the course. I can't stress enough how important it is to make sure you bring plenty of water.

Registration
Registration is closed, which means even if the event is not full, we are not accepting any more registrations. If you have to cancel, please do it before Wednesday.

Special Request
I will not be accepting any special requests going forward for this event. Please plan accordingly.
