Week 12 Results are posted!
What started as a scorcher of a day quickly turned to one of our windiest nights of the season. 54 people battled the weather for a difficult layout.
Despite the tough conditions and basket placements, two teams managed to tie at the top of the leaderboard with an impressive -16. The duo of Brody Cannon and Dylan Hansen won the throw-off to secure First Place. ????
We offered up a Discraft Elite-Z Avenger SS and a Next Adventure drink coozie for CTP on Hole 6. The basket on the mound proved extra difficult, as only one team managed to get the birdie both rounds. However, it didn't phase Frankie Adzima as he stuck one close for the prizes.
Hole 9 played to the marksman basket beyond the normal OB island. The wind definitely added to the difficulty level, but Dylan Hansen smashed a putt in from 53' to win the Longest Putt for an Innova DX Aviar and an All Day Disc Golf hat.
While no aces were hit, we did see our first black ace (wrong basket) of the season! Although he isn't rewarded for it, shoutout to Jordon Ackerman for the entertaining accomplishment! $54 will carry over to next week.
