We are a day away from the Trilogy Challenge at UNC Disc Golf Course. Since this is a flex start please check-in at hole #1 at least 15min before your tee time. This will allow you time to choose your player’s pack and throw a few shots if you so wish.
There will be prizes for the men’s and women’s pools given out via Dynamic Discs gift cards. There will be several CTPs and long putts throughout the course, so keep and eye out for them!
As for the layout, if you would like to get an early look at it, this will be in place tomorrow post Mountain State Flyer’s league. We will follow all normal course rules per signs except as noted below. If you have not joined us for the Saturday Flyer’s layout please note the additional holes to make this a full 18. We will touch on specific things in your players meeting before your tee time;
Hole #6 – Par 4, green is surrounded by walking paths and will play as an island. Play as hazard if you do not land on the island. Take a one stroke penalty and play it where it lies.
Hole #9 – This may cause a small back up as you will play from the long and short pad concurrently, so please keep up your pace of play to avoid slow downs through this section. This will be scored on UDisc as holes #9 and #10.
Hole #14 (Course hole #13) – Mandatory left of first pine tree in front of the tee pad (flags will mark mandatory).
After hole #14 you proceed across the street to the flagged tee pad and play three additional holes in the field, please use UDisc to navigate this section.
Finish on normal course hole #14.
