Players who officially request to withdraw from an event from June 22nd to July 15th will receive a 100% cash refund (minus $5 handling fee, DGScene Fee, and any additional purchased item, if applicable) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping)

Any cancellations from July 16th until July 23rd will receive a basic players package and anything additionally purchased if applicable.

Any cancellations or No Call No Shows forfeit 100% of their entry fee.

Players Packs will only be available for players who compete in the competition (If you get charged a custom item fee, you will still receive the custom item)

All refund requests must be through DGScene or through the email confirmation you receive upon registration.

A spot is not considered taken unless that player comes off of a waitlist to replace someone's spot.
