From one MA50(55) player to another I would not recommend using a cart at Joliet Highland Park. I did it at a singles league round back in May and it was a little rough making it through the round. Carrying the cart is one thing but trying to park it on those steep spots can get a little tricky.
I am in the camp of Highland being not cart friendly. There are some steep areas and a couple long sets of steps that I don't even feel super comfortable walking up and down
Dellwood - There are few of gravel hill climbs/decents and one long set of stairs you have walk down, but cart friendly. Highland - There are six sets of stairs (3 up & 3 down) affecting 4 holes that are difficult for carts, but the rest of the course is great for carts
Highland is not very Carf friendly, would recommend a bag for highland, dellwood is cart friendly
Dellwood has 1 hole, (hole 16) that has a decent amount of stairs that you’ll need to carry your cart down but other than that hole, you’ll be alright
Highland is definitely more than doable with a cart. Dellwood is too
