Congratulations to both Joe Johnson and Floyd Hampp for claiming state berths. And, again to Floyd for being crowned TWIZBEE Mid-Season Champ, Joe for being the first runner-up and if memory serves me, Steve Good for being second runner-up. I could be wrong, it's been a few days.
This Thursday, back at Mary Beth Doyle. Not much special going on. But there is a special prize for the first person to guess what day it is. Start scouring the interweb.
Couple of reminders. July 14th at Northridge Church. Be sure to wear your Sunday Best. And it looks like the Lost and Found Round to benefit North Star Reach will be at Bandemer this year. We still need some paper bags. And, as of now, we still have more drivers and fairway drivers than we do putters and mids. If you have any of those to spare, we would appreciate it. And just a reminder about the Lost and Found round; $20 gets you two discs and a (paper)bag. Thanks to Don Bush and his great idea of offering Mulligans, we will be offering Mulligans for the first time. And, if there are any discs that do not get bagged, those will also be for sale. But, we will select the disc for you. Box A will be drivers, Box B will be putters and mids. You tell us the box, WE select your disc. No sense in you trying to figure out what will work for you at Bandy, we will do that for you. Just Steve and I trying to make YOUR life easier.
