In discgolf good sportsmanship is required and is part of the rules.
We want to be as encouraging and respectful to all our competitors. Some key rules to follow are:
Stay behind the play
Stay quiet when someone is throwing or when other groups are nearby
Everyone on the card helps to search for a lost disc
Do not damage the course in any way or leave trash on the course
Caddies behaviour represents the players conduct and must abide by the same courtesy rules.
Any throw which lands out of bounds (OB) must be played from a drop zone, if provided, or point of entry, with a penalty stroke.
Any throw which lands in a hazard must be played from where it lies with a penalty stroke.
Any missed mando must be played from a dropzone with a penalty stroke.
Course information
For anyone playing in the MJ10, FJ10, MJ8, FJ8, MJ6 and FJ6 divisions, no hazards are playing as hazards rather they will be played as in-bounds with no penalty stroke. Out of bounds are played as per normal rules.
