Hey, you are not allowed to ever fill up more than half a division with pre-registrations, or more than 33% of a tournament. Advanced right now has 11 people signed up in a division of 20. See the PDGA rules Tournament Registration page https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/102 Section 3.c. "If the event has divisional registration caps, no more than one half of the spots in any division may be allocated to any combination of the Limited Permitted Exceptions used. One-half of the event spots MUST remain for first-come, first served registrations for both Pro and Amateur.
