Players:
We are excited to host the 1st annual Emerald City Showdown this Saturday. Tournament central will be at the large pavilion near the playground and ball fields. Park near hole 1 and 18 and walk through the gate. Bathrooms are next to the pavilion. Registration is from 8:30 to 9:30.
All players MUST check in Saturday morning. There will not be a players meeting so be at your hole by 10 am for round 1. We will have 2 blasts from a horn for a 2 min. warning, followed by a single blast to begin play. Rules are below and attached. Please print out a copy to have with you.
There is a volleyball tournament going on at the park and they will have a concession stand open in the center of the baseball fields. We encourage players to stop by and support them. There are plenty of restaurants within a short distance of the course to visit for lunch. Round 2 will begin 1 hour after the last score card is turned in.
This is a PDGA sanctioned event and all PDGA rules apply. Should anyone have a rules question while playing, call a provisional, play both shots and ask me after the round for the correct ruling. No drugs or alcohol are allowed in the park.
We will be using Live Scoring.
