Hello Everyone (waitlisters you are included as well)

We are just over two weeks away from the event and are ecstatic to see you all at this years event!

A couple things:

The Maps are attached: If you have played the High Plains Challenge before, you will be familiar with most of the layout.
- Major changes to Disc Revolution Course at Optimist: Tournament hole 11 will have a new temporary tee pad: This will be installed the Wednesday before competition using a Turf Tee Pad. Tournament hole 14 all divisions will play the short pad this year (Normal hole 1 short).
-Major Changes to Thiels/Mountain Plains Insurance Course @ Pessimist: Hole 18 will have a Mandatory left of a pole installed near the first tree on the fairway. This is to create a consistency with OB rules on the hole as it pertains to water crossing on the course.

Much of Optimist is in place but we will confirm full basket placements and let you all know when those are set up. We will also confirm once Udisc maps are fully up to date as well.

We are working with the city to figure out final mowing schedules but fortunately and unfortunately it has been a dry spring which has lead the courses to not sprout as much as they normally do. Please note these are natural grass courses, and even when mowed the rough may be tall, the fairways will still be longer than a park disc golf course.

Tom and I will head out there Wednesday the 15th to finish painting and flagging all OB lines.

Tee Times will be posted Wednesday(June 15th) afternoon/evening. Preliminary tee times are posted in the image section on the Disc Golf Scene event page.

Thank you to CTP Discs in Wheat Ridge, they are our official water sponsor and we will have a water tent on each course. BUT it's June, in Eastern Colorado, COME PREPARED WITH WAAAAY more water than you will ever need. Better to be Safe than sorry.

Reminder of Course assignments:
-Pool A(MPO/MP40/MA1) Friday Optimist, Saturday Pessimist, Sunday Optimist
-Pool B(All Others) Friday Pessimist, Saturday Optimist, Sunday Pessimist
All pro divisions, MA1 and MA40 play Long pads at Optimist, ALL OTHER DIVISIONS play short pads.

We are still looking for a few spotters for the weekend, if you know anyone who would like to help us out, please have them reach out to me directly.
