Event reminders:
Player meeting video/message will be shared with you this afternoon/evening. We are using PDGA scoring for the event. Please make sure your phones are charged and charge them between rounds as well.
Check-in will take place at the pavilion from 8:15-9:30 (you really want to be checked in before 9:30 to make sure you can make it to your starting hole). I will have the tentative hole assignments up this evening. Please check tomorrow closer to the start of round 1 in the event a change is needed due to a drop or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are encouraging you to stay at the park to avoid being delayed getting back in for round 2 (and potentially missing your starting time). The concession stand at Blue Heron Bay will be open for your lunch time convenience. Packing your lunch for between rounds is another good option as well.
The bathrooms at Blue Heron Bay will be open for your use.
