Players,
Thanks for playing in the 2022 NADGT Exclusive @ Northshore!
Check-in will begin at 7:45am. ALL PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN THE MORNING OF THE EVENT. Full players' packs will be available for anyone who signed up before the shipping cutoff. If your full pack is not available in the morning, the remaining items will be mailed to the address you provided at registration.
Ace Pot: There will be an optional $5 ace pot at this event. We will accept cash or Venmo at check-in for any players who are interested. If no aces are hit, 75% of the money from the ace pot will roll over to the Arkansas State Championships. The remaining 25% of the ace pot will go to a charitable cause. For this event, the money will be donated to the SHS Bulldog Tennis team.
Hole Assignments will be posted Friday evening. The event is a shotgun start. We will start at 9:00 a.m. That means you should be on your hole and ready to throw at 9:00 a.m.
Water: Players are encouraged to bring plenty of water for themselves, but there will be some water available at the course, too.
Lunch: You will have at least one hour for lunch after the last card is turned in. TDs will provide some pulled pork for lunch for any players who are interested at no extra cost (tips are appreciated!) We will post the second-round tee time on the PDGA page as well as the Facebook event page. That can be found here:
https://www.facebook.com/events/411565090532597
OB Sheets will be available digitally, but printed copies will be available for each card. They are attached to this email and are loaded into the PDGA digital scorecard.
Scoring: We will use PDGA Live Scoring for the tournament. pdga.com/score The password is shore. EVERY CARD MUST KEEP A DIGITAL SCORECARD! DON'T FORGET TO FINALIZE YOUR SCORE ONCE THE ROUND IS OVER! Each card must keep two scorecards, preferably both on PDGA Live Scoring. Paper scorecards will be available, but UDisc also works as a good backup.
Playoffs: In the event that multiple players tie for first place in a division, the players will need to play off to determine a winner. Players will play sudden-death stroke play on a loop of holes 1, 2, 3, 17, and 18. Ties for second place or below will not require a playoff.
Awards: Payout will be earned by the top 25% of each division. Division winners will receive a Trophy Pin - Provided by Disc Golf Pins. Winners of qualifying divisions (MA1, MA40, MA50, MA2, FA1, FA2, FA40) with 5+ players will earn an invitation to the National Championships in Austin, TX the last week in October.
Let me know if you have any questions. Look forward to seeing everyone on the course!
