Hole Rules:
"Any throw from the Tee must come-to-rest on the Island Green to be able to mark on the Island Green. Throws from the Tee that come-to-rest OB, must proceed to the Drop Zone with a penalty throw. All other throws use normal OB rules."
Please read the above paragraph carefully.
Example, I lay up short of the road which is in bounds. My next shot goes over the island and lands OB. I would use regular OB rules and play it from the last in bounds spot.
Example, I throw over the island from the tee and land OB. I would proceed to the drop zone. Any shots from the drop zone that land OB would use regular OB rules.
