For an estimation reference until then, in my experience, local tee time tournaments have generally followed an order of Rec, Intermediate, Advanced, Open with 4 people teeing off every 10 minutes, starting at 8 am. So that would put rec from 8 to 9:10, Intermediate from 9:20 to 10:30, ma 40 and advanced from 10:40 to 11:20. And open from 11:30 to 12:10. This is all just guesstimation, but it should provide somewhat of a reference from the last couple Big Cat tournaments with tee times.
