Definitely cart friendly. Mostly flat with elevation on one hole, hole 9 400’+ downhill par 4. Mostly lightly wooded with some open holes. Defined fairways/gaps. Most holes have two pin locations. Some of the baskets in the woods can easily be confused. Be sure to check/ask which is the correct basket. Good mix of long and short holes. The ‘yellow’ pins play longer with multiple par 4’s. The ‘red’ pin layout shortens some of those holes considerably. Still a couple of par 4’s to try and birdie. Hope this helps! Enjoy the course!
