Hi! In order to allow some players from the waitlist play the tournament we have decided to go ahead and run the divisions that are playing shorts as 5 person cards! This has allowed 12 people from the waitlist to be registered for the tournament. We were considering adding a couple of temp holes, but decided instead to just allow some 5 person cards, we think that will be easier to manage and not extend each round's time by much since the 5 person cards will all be playing shorts. If you were promoted from the waitlist you should have gotten an email asking you to pay the full tournament fee. Please pay for the tournament soon, or remove yourself from the registration so additional people from the waitlist can be registered. One note, we now have an even number of players for shorts 5 person cards and longs 4 person cards, so there will be no mixed cards. Therefore we will be promoting from the waitlist based on which format anyone who cancels their registration is playing. Feel free to contact Ken Atkins if you have any questions!
