Hope everyone has had a great week so far! I wanted to touch base with everyone regarding this weekend for the Golden Bear Classic II! Below are a few important things to remember as we get closer to tournament day!
Registration will close Thursday April 7th at 7:00PM. This will also be the cutoff time for refunds for anyone who needs to withdraw from the tournament. With that said, for am's that need to withdraw after this cutoff time, you will still receive your player's pack!
Check-in will begin at 7:30 Saturday morning. We will have a brief player's meeting at 8:45 and tee-off for round 1 at 9:00.
I will have hole assignments posted on the PDGA event page Friday night! We will also be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring for both rounds of the tournament. TWO PEOPLE on each card must keep the live scoring to ensure there are no discrepancies throughout the round. Access code is GBC22. I will go over this again during the players meeting if you have any questions.
I have attached a layout description in the pictures section of the event. There you will find distances, OB's, mando's, etc. These descriptions will also be displayed on the PDGA Live scorecard.
Again, I want to thank everyone for their support and patience with the reschedule. It is going to be cool on Saturday, but much better than the March date originally scheduled!
