The waitlist is a one out one in list. It is 100% unpredictable. As soon as a drop comes in, a refund is processed and the next person on the list receives and email. There is no way to really answer this question

That makes sense. Is the wait-list dependent on dropping for each division? For example, I'm 10th on the wait-list over all, but there's only 5 people in front of me in my division. Do I just need to wait for those in my division to drop, or is it the same wait-list across all divisions?
