Spectators are allowed and encouraged. While there are no direct guidelines in place, I would suggest these as good practices: a) Keep a respectful distance from the players and keep discussion to a low volume; while also keeping silence during shots. Applause for good shots encouraged ;) Do not stand in fairways, and greens, but you are welcome to walk with a group.
