Hey Emily. We did not include an FPO division because we assumed all the FPO players in the area would be at the Azalea that weekend. Unfortunately, we cannot really add an FPO division. None of the currently registered FA1 players would move up and due to the nature of the custom trophies, there is no trophy for any division other than what we currently have. We just can't make a new division at this point, especially one that would only have one participant. Sorry about that.
