I answered your other question, but wanted to add an answer here. The idea would be half of each division. This will only truly be effective if we have 144 people at 2 courses. If only 72, or less than 72 sign up, there will be no need for a cut as the field would be small enough to contain at a single course. I would still split divisions up for the first two rounds into two pools, just to make pace of play as quick as possible. After the first two rounds, there would be no need for a cut. So then the third round would be all players at Brookside.
