Players have been moved up from the waitlist and division caps have been modified to accommodate. New division caps have been implemented and will remain until April 1st to allow for complete cards to form in MPO and women's divisions. If spaces are not filled by April 1st, any further waitlisted players will be promoted and division caps will be readjusted.
