What layout/tees will we be playing? I assume gold layout for at least MA1 and MPO?

Gold layout won't be in. Tentatively normal layout, one round long pad, one round short pads.

We are playing orignal Pickard layout.
MPO will play long pads both rounds.
MP40, MP50, MA1, MA40 will play one round longs, one round shorts.
Everyone else will play short pads both rounds.
