As long as we have 5 teams in each division it will go like this. 1st $160 2nd $120 3rd $80 of each division.

Thanks for the info! Is this per team or per player? Is it correct, that first place would essentially each get their $80 buy-in back?

It's 80 per team so 40 a person. So 160 for first would be doubling your money.
