Hmmmm... In all honesty, I've never looked at that table before. I've always used the table above it and the understanding that accepting cash only eliminates eligibility for Majors. It's frustrating to me that they would add ratings into the mix in one way, but not that other. If someone has accepted cash in the past (and thus are forced to sign up for "professional" through the PDGA) can't play MA40 if they are 940.... but if they haven't accepted cash, they could play even if they were rated 1000. Silly. But I'll look into it more.

Totally understand! Honestly, that's why my initial question was actually directed at AJ, because under 2.01 the rules state it's the responsibility of the player, and registering for a division the player is ineligible for can lead to a pdga suspension.
