Hey there, so the pins will be put into place either monday or tuesday next week, the week of the event. Our biggest issue right now its the amount of rain/snow melt that we have had. Basically the pins will go in their driest position. Once they are set the caddy guide will be sent out to let everyone know. Normally I would have them in place a couple of weeks leading up to the event. If we can make the decision sooner, we will.
