Hey man, I’m not sure the set up this time because in times past it gave you the option to pick a start time. The idea of flex is that it is a flexible start, so in months past you showed up at your selected and predetermined time. If you have a card of 3-5 you play the round with those folks if not you wait it out to see who else comes at the same time and join their card. This time, my friends and I are just showing up when it is convenient for us and playing the round. It is a pretty low key event. Hope this helps- Good Luck!
