I am trying to withdrawal from the tournament for safety reasons and send a refund request, but I do not have the correct registration confirmation email. When I click on the "cancel/refund" button the max amount I'm able to request is $5 even though I paid a total of over $55.

Kevin, can you help me out. I can issue the one for $5 and put the correct amount in the comment section of the refund page if that helps.
