Anyone who thinks there is no difference between being 60 and being 40 must be young. Many times we old guys have to make a decision between playing with "youngsters" in MA40 or "youngsters" where our rating puts us. Often times we choose not to play if the appropriate divisions aren't offered.

20 years is a long time frame in any world, I never doubted that, But with the demand for age protected 50+ is very low, I didn’t offer it. With this being a event for berths id like to offer it to the divisions with the most interest. This was discussed as a club and the route we decided to go with for this event. I offer all divisions in the other events I run later in the year.
