Hi All -We are going to postpone this weekends Virginia Hunger Games #2: The Race Is On event and move it to Saturday - Feb 5. We are concerned about the weather moving in given that some are traveling a bit from areas in more severe snow patterns.
We DONT Have Everyone's Email Addresses - as not all were provided. PLEASE PASS THE WORD TO YOUR TEAM. I sent this via FB, DGScene and matt's doing direct email. Please pass the word - I would be mortified if someone posted up thru the weather and no one was there!
If the date change is a problem, let us know and we're more than willing to do a refund. I'm really just concerned for some dealing with more snow than we are expecting further east.
Just bear in mind - as we move this to Feb 5, that means our playoffs/finals is still set for Feb 19.
Hopefully we can scare up 2 more teams to remove the byes for Feb 5!
Please advise if this causes any issues.
