I hope this isn’t a dumb question, but how strict are the divisions when it comes to PDGA ratings? I have a friend who is 970+ rated but wants to complete in MA1. Is this permitted? I am just above the 935 threshold for MA2, but would I still be able to compete in that division? Currently trying to organize teams amongst our group and this would be helpful to know.
