Yes they are set up(look in photos on this page for schedule which lets you know about practice times) and NO they are not the same as morning and afternoon courses individually as the three courses use bits and pieces of both of those courses.

The morning course plays Factory Store 1-10, Infinite 4, Factory 11-13, Infinite 3, Infinite 7-11, Infinite 13-14, Factory 14 in that order. Essentially you play 14 holes of Factory and 9 Holes of Infinite. Afternoon plays Factory 15-18, Innova 1-3, Innova 5-18. Basically the other 4 holes of Factory and 17 Holes of Innova. By playing the "normal" layouts you will play all but 10 of the LVC Holes. The other holes can't be played because they're either at the bottom of the driving range, or play against the flow of the golf course. Practice for LVC will open to registered players who pick up their badges on Saturday, February 19th.
