This month is a Hold Em variation hand. Cards are drawn as follows:
Week 1 - 1 card
Week 2 - 1 card
Week 3 - 3 cards "Community Flop" drawn, followed by 1 card per player
Week 4 - 1 card
The Community Flop is shared by all players. At the end of the month, the best 5 card poker hand wins. This can be from any combo of the 7 total cards that include the 4 cards drawn and the Flop. During week 3 the Flop was drawn before players got their cards. The drawn cards for the Flop were:
Jack of Diamonds
3 of Hearts
5 of Spades
There's a good bit of players in the mix with the final card being drawn tonight. A list of current hands will be on hand.
We will do one more Poker game using 5 of the last 6 weeks of league. This will most likely be a 5 card hand with Wild cards and Jokers in play. Entry will be $5 for the entire game or $1 weekly.
I will still be offering the opportunity to pay for all weeks ahead of time if needed. So if you want to pay the buy-in the first week (or the remainder at any given week), you are more than welcome to. A good bit of people decided to do this for the first week, and it's the easiest way to make sure you get a card each week (just in case I forget about you and don't pull a tentative card).
