Welcome everyone! We are getting closer to this event.
I wanted to share a few things, I have posted projected payout, Hole assignments have been updated. If I missed a card request I apologise! I did my best to go through all the emails.
Note! Please check your card assignments the morning of the event. We have already had a couple people drop out.
We will be starting round 1 at 8AM! NOT 9!!
Check in starts at 7AM!

There are 4 Ghost Cards. If you are on one of these do not panic! I will announce which hole you will be starting on the morning of the event.

Also, for the MJ12 division I am working to get a new layout assigned for you. After looking at ratings I believe I am going to create a 14 hole layout for you on the 7 holes that are not being used for the rest of the field. This way no one feels rushed and it doesn't cause a backup.
If you are a parent of any of the MJ12 players please email me if you plan to walk with your son! They need to have a chaperone for this event! I will email these players separately with more info on this when I have it.
I have attached the projected payout and the OB rules again.
PARKING: The school parking lot is expected to be open for this event. There is also a church around the corner from the course that we can use. Please Carpool if possible!!
Under no circumstances can anyone climb on or over any walls! If you do this you will be disqualified and reported to the PDGA. (please do not make me do this!!) After the round is over you are welcome to knock on the door of the home that your disc went into and ask to get it back.
