What’s up everyone. A few things for tomorrow. This is my second attempt at sending this email so I apologize if you get it twice.
Check in is MANDATORY FOR ALL DIVISIONS. It is from 7:30-9am at the giant trailer that doesn’t have a DD wrap on it (got delayed and isn’t happening until next week).
If you don’t check in you won’t be able to record your score on live scoring. This is also when you will get your players pack.
We will be using PDGA live scoring. The link is below and the access code is “easy”. Use your last name or PDGA number to sign in. Only two people are allowed to keep score on each card with live scoring. You are welcome to use UDisc as a 3rd back up. Please verify and submit your scores after your round.

Lunch will be available from Justin Davis and his fiancé. I believe they are serving red beans and rice for a reasonable fee. They are also donating a cash CTP. Please take advantage of there effort if that interests you and thank them as well.
It will be cold in the morning so be prepared.
I can also use help setting up if you’re an early riser. I’ll be at the course at 6:15.
Payouts will be done for Ams ass soon as scores are finalized at posted after the second round. You must be present to get your Merch payout.
Pros will be paid out through PayPal. If you signed up with a different email please make sure I have your PayPal address if you cash.
