Come join us for the 2nd Dale Winters Memorial disc golf tournament.
The first Dale Winters Memorial was held back in October of 2020. Being that the word "Winter" is in Dale's last name, it seemed only fitting going forward to have the event held during the month of February. If you knew Dale...you know he was no wimp or whiner when it came to playing disc golf.
Going forward, the Memorial tournament will serve as an unofficial "Ice Bowl" for our local disc golf community. We are once again partnering up with the Greater Marietta Community Food Pantry which is located on site at the complex. 100% of the proceeds/food that is raised/donated will be given to them upon conclusion of the event.
This is a CASH ONLY event. Entry fees are expected to be paid in cash the day of the event. Online registration is free on discgolfscene.com and is recommended to help us know how many players to expect the day of the tournament. If you register online, but cant make it, please let us know or remove yourself from the registry no later than the evening before the tournament.
If you can not make the tournament, but would like to make a cash or food donation, please message us and we will provide you the information on how to make it happen.
Dale gave so much back to the disc golf community....let's honor him and give back as much as we can in his name!
